1 Tbsp. sea salt
2 lobsters (1 1/2 lbs. each)
1 stick unsalted butter
Juice of 1 lemon
1/3 tsp. paprika
4 split-top hot dog buns, toasted
Fill large pot with 2" water of water. Add sea salt and bring to a boil over medium heat. Put lobsters directly in pot: cover and steam 8-10 minutes, until shells turn bright red.
Remove lobsters; rinse under cold water until slightly cool. Remove meat from shells and roughtly chop. Melt butter in pan with lemon juice and paprika. Remove from heat, stir in lobster meat and season with salt. Divide among buns.. Serve warm.
