18 oz. white chocolate chips, 3 cups

1 can (14 oz.) sweetened condensed milk

1/8 tsp. salt

3 cups Oreos, roughly chopped, 20-22 cookies

Prepare 8" square pan with wax or parchment paper that comes up the sides of pan, so you can pull out the whole slab of fudge once it sets.  Melt white chocolate chips with sweetened condensed milk and, if using, salt in pot over medium-low heat.  Stir in Oreos, saving a few pieces to press into top.  Pour mixture into pan.  Quickly spread fudge evenly with spatula.  Press reserved Oreos into top.  Refrigerate until set, about 2 hours.  Pull fudge slab out of pan using edges of paper.  Using warm, dry knife, cut into squares.  Makes 32 squares
